Emma Knape, our Company Lead, says “We are pleased with the result of the latest CQC inspection of Winstone House. Our Blackpool team care for approximately 1300 clients each year; the majority of which will access Winstone House for their treatment. The CQC recognised the outstanding service that is provided from this location, with a particular focus on safe care, improved safeguarding processes, strong leadership, and effective governance arrangements.
Feedback from the people who use our services is equally as important. I believe it is the voice of the people who use our services that should influence and shape what our services look like. We will continue to consult with our clients and listen to what they are telling us. We can always do better.”
